Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Muffins
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and press it into the muffin tin cups, forming a crust.
- Spoon the sausage mixture into each biscuit cup evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit crust is golden brown.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
