Cheesecake souffle: the best cake you will ever taste

Ingredients:

200g Cream cheese
200g warmed milk
10g granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
30g cornstarch
Meringue:
3 egg whites
50g granulated sugar

Directions:

Divide the yolks and whites, then mix the cheese with the sugar, yolks, milk and cornstarch. Mix well and whisk the whites with the sugar. Fold in and pour into a 15 cm round cake pan. Bake at 266°F (139°) for 50 minutes.
