Cheesecake from the tray

Ingredients:

For the base:
140 g butter or margarine
140 g sugar
2 egg(s)
300 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
For the topping:
200 g sugar
2 egg(s)
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¾ liter milk
2 pck. pudding powder (vanilla)
1.000 g curd cheese
350 ml oil
For the icing:
4 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar
grease for the baking tray
possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation:

Working time approx. 45 minutes
Total time approx. 45 minutes
For the base, knead the fat, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder into a smooth dough. Roll out in the greased grease pan of the oven.
For the topping, mix sugar, whole eggs and egg yolks. First mix and add lemon juice and milk, then add custard powder, cottage cheese and oil. Pour onto the pastry base and spread evenly with a pastry scraper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully add the sugar. Spread on the quark mixture and bake again for approx. 10 min.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
Serve with whipped cream.
