Ingredients:
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle of dough before rolling them up starting at the wider end.
Place the rolled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each crescent roll with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve these Cheesecake Crescent Rolls warm, ideally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey. They make a delightful breakfast treat or a sweet dessert.
