Cheese pizza in a skillet: cheesy and absolutely irresistible!
INGREDIENTS :
90 ml (1/4 cup) milk
Salt
150 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter (melted)
200g boiled potatoes
15 ml (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise
100g cooked ham
100g cooked zucchini
200 g of
cheese oil
METHOD :
In a bowl, add the milk, salt and flour and mix with a spatula. Add the butter and mix everything together until the dough is created.
Knead the dough with your hands, transfer it to the bowl and cover with cling film. Transfer to the refrigerator and let rest for 30 minutes.
In a bowl with boiled potatoes, add mayonnaise, ham cooked on cubes and boiled zucchini, and mix everything.
When the time has elapsed, take the dough out of the fridge, dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 30 cm in diameter.
Add the cheese in the middle and add the potato mixture on top arranged in a circle. Cover with another layer of cheese.
Wrap it like a bun and pinch it tightly and flatten the creases. Flip it over and spread it out a bit more.
Heat the pan with oil over medium-low heat and put the prepared batter in the pan. Brush the surface with the layer of oil, cover with the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
When the time is up, turn it over and cook it on another side until it is golden brown.
