Cheese cheesecake

Cheese cheesecake: soft and delicious in no time!

INGREDIENTS

100g (1/2 cup) sugar
10 egg yolks
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
250g (1 cup) condensed milk
300g (1 1/4 cups) cream cheese
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites

METHOD

Add the sugar to the pan and caramelize until dark amber. Transfer it to the mold (20 cm mold) and set aside.
In a bowl, add the egg yolks and whisk until incorporated. Add milk, vanilla extract and condensed milk and mix slowly until well blended.
In another bowl, add cream cheese and mix with mixer. Add the sugar, salt and egg whites a little at a time and mix well.
Mix the flan and cheese mixture and sift over the mold previously prepared with the melted sugar. Add hot water to the pan and transfer the mold to it.
Bake for 2 hours at 155°C/311°F. Once cooled, transfer the cheesecake to the fridge for 4 hours.
Once this time has elapsed, cut into slices and serve.
