Carrot buns: a soft meal made easy
Ingredients:
250g + 62g flour, separated
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
250 ml warm milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons soft butter/margarine
1 cup grated carrots
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:
In a bowl, mix 250g flour, yeast, sugar and pickle. Add the milk and egg and mix well. Add the butter and cover.
Mix the carrot and parsley with the flour, then add the dough. Leave to bake for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough between the molds and garnish with the fromage blanc, herbs and yolk. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
