Cabbage with eggs

Cabbage with eggs is tastier even without meat! I cooked this 3x a week! Delicious and healthy dinner for my family!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
  3. Create wells in the cabbage mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs to enhance the flavor of the dish.
  • You can top the cabbage and eggs with some shredded cheese for extra richness.
