Butter and caramel cheesecake: creamy and irresistible!
INGREDIENTS :
For the base:
400g biscuits
200g (3/4 cup) melted butter
For the cream:
100 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
3 whole eggs
1 yellow
500g mascarpone
250g fresh cheese
150g peanut butter
For the caramel:
200 g (1 cup) sugar
130 ml (1/2 cup) cream
100g butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
PROCESS :
In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter.
Transfer to baking dish. In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs, yolk and peanut butter.
Transfer to the pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 70 minutes.
In the saucepan, add the sugar, once melted, add the hot cream, turn off the heat and add the butter and salt.
Pour over cooled cheesecake.
