Bottled mini churros: quick and easy!

How to make churros in 5 minutes with a genius trick!
INGREDIENTS 220 g (1 cup) flour 380 ml (1 3/4 cups) water 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 100 g ( 1/2 cup) sugar 100 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon white chocolate Dark chocolate

METHOD :

In a bottle, cut the star with a hot knife.
In a saucepan, mix the salt, sugar, oil and mix well, add the flour, when the mixture is cold enough, add the eggs.
Transfer the batter to the bottle, press the churros into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Mix the sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon and dip the churros in it.
Serve with melted chocolate.
