STEPS
In a deep bowl, combine the milk, water, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the unsalted butter, beaten egg, flour, and salt to the bowl. Mix and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
In another deep bowl, mix the ground beef with black pepper, salt, and sunflower oil. Mix well.
Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, mustard, chili sauce, ketchup, pickle juice, onion powder, and grated pickles in a bowl. Stir well until you have a smooth sauce. Set aside.
Divide the dough into 10 portions (65 gr per ball) and shape them into balls.
On a floured work surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball of dough to a diameter of about 14 cm.
Take some of the meat filling and spread it over one half of the dough. Optionally, add cheese as desired (this is not necessary). Fold the dough to close it. Repeat this process for the other balls of dough.
Place the oven burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with some beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 190 ℃ (375 ℉) and bake the oven burgers with meat for 12-15 minutes or until the bread is nicely brown.
Open the oven burgers and fill them with sauce, cheese, desired vegetables, caramelized onions, and enjoy your meal!
