Banana fritters: quick, fluffy and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS :
2 bananas
250g flour
8 g baking powder
salt
100g sugar
100 ml of milk
2 eggs
vegetable oil
METHOD :
Cut the bananas into small pieces.
Mix flour, eggs, salt, milk and sugar.
Add the banana and fry the batter for 5 minutes.
Put the fritters in the sugar and serve.
