INGREDIENTS :
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 cup of hot water
3 ½ tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups of flour
10 g of baking powder
3 bananas
250 ml of cream
120 g/1 cup of milk chocolate
pistachios
METHOD :
Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Mix together. Grease the bottom of the pan with butter and put the sliced bananas. Pour in the prepared mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°/350°F.
Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil. Pour the cooked ganache over the pie. Sprinkle with pistachios.
