Baked Pumpkin Donuts

These baked pumpkin donuts are soft, fluffy, and full of warm fall spices, topped with cinnamon sugar.
You Will Need:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean. Let cool slightly, then dip in cinnamon sugar to coat.
