Alsatian schnitzel

Ingredients :

550 g pork loin(s) or pork fillet, sliced ​​(turkey or chicken also works)
125 g sour cream or crème fraîche
125 g diced ham, raw
1 meter large onion
40 g cheese, grated (possibly reduced-fat)
2 tsp oil
salt and pepper
nutmeg

preparation :

Total time about 30 minutes
Season the schnitzel and sauté briefly in the oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
Now place the meat in an ovenproof dish and spread with the sour cream (if you like it creamier, you can also use crème fraîche).
Now cut the onion into rings and spread them on the escalopes together with the ham cubes.
Finally, sprinkle with some cheese.
Place in the hot oven for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Baked potatoes go well with this (if the oven is on anyway) or pasta with cream sauce and you’re done.
