Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Spoon the donut batter into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
  6. Pipe the batter into the air fryer in a doughnut shape.
  7. Cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
