Air Fryer Donuts
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Spoon the donut batter into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe the batter into the air fryer in a doughnut shape.
- Cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- You can customize your donuts by adding cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter for extra flavor.
