Cabbage with eggs is tastier even without meat! I cooked this 3x a week! Delicious and healthy dinner for my family!
Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
- Create wells in the cabbage mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs to enhance the flavor of the dish.
- You can top the cabbage and eggs with some shredded cheese for extra richness.
