Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
    Tips:
  • For a more decadent treat, sprinkle some chopped peanuts or mini peanut butter cups on top before serving.
  • Feel free to drizzle some extra melted chocolate on top for added sweetness.
