Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
Tips:
- For a more decadent treat, sprinkle some chopped peanuts or mini peanut butter cups on top before serving.
- Feel free to drizzle some extra melted chocolate on top for added sweetness.
