Ingredients:
1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the diced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice, set aside.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough into triangles, then spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Spoon some strawberries onto the cream cheese mixture, then roll up the crescent rolls.
  6. Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
    Tips:
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • You can add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving for extra sweetness.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a delicious dessert.
