Pecan Pie Lasagna

Pecan Pie Lasagna – Layers of Sweet, Nutty Perfection

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
  • 1 1/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 container of whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, 1 cup of chopped pecans, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the first layer.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar and mix until combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
  5. Top with the whipped topping, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans over the whipped topping to garnish.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  8. Slice into squares and enjoy the layers of sweet, nutty perfection!
    Tips:
  • Feel free to add a drizzle of caramel sauce or chocolate syrup on top for extra indulgence.
  • You can also sprinkle some extra crushed graham crackers on top before serving for added crunch.
