Nutella Banana Crepes
Fluffy crepes filled with creamy Nutella and fresh banana slices—pure perfection!
Ingredients:
For the Crepes:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1½ cups milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp melted butter (+ extra for the pan)
• A pinch of salt
For the Filling:
• Nutella (1-2 tbsp per crepe)
• 2-3 bananas, thinly sliced
Optional Toppings:
• Powdered sugar, whipped cream, extra banana slices, Nutella drizzle
Directions:
Make the Batter: Whisk flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter. Combine until smooth. Let rest for 15-30 min.
Cook the Crepes: Heat a greased pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter, swirl to coat. Cook 1-2 min, flip, and cook 30 sec. Repeat.
Fill & Fold: Spread Nutella on each crepe, add banana slices, then fold or roll up.
Top & Enjoy: Dust with powdered sugar, add whipped cream, or drizzle with Nutella!
