Ingredients :

- 240 ml (1 cup) of hot water
- Salt, to taste
Directions :
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Gradually add in the vegetable oil and hot water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll out each ball into a thin circle, using a rolling pin.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the dough circle onto the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining dough portions.
