Cold Spaghetti Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
