Orange Blender Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

- 1 of vanilla extract
- 1 of vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups (250g/8.8oz) of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of vegetable oil
- 50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp of orange zest
- 2 1/4 cups (300g/10.5oz) of all-purpose flour
- 2 of cornstarch
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a blender, mix the eggs, vanilla extract, vinegar, and sugar until well combined.
- Add the oil, orange juice, and orange zest, blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the blender and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
- You can glaze the cake with a simple orange glaze made with powdered sugar and orange juice for extra sweetness.
- Feel free to add a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for added texture and flavor.
- This cake is best served warm with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
