Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of water or milk
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of melted butter
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and melted butter. Gradually add the milk or water while stirring to create a smooth batter. Add the salt and continue to mix until you reach a running consistency.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Tilt the skillet in a circular motion to evenly coat the surface with the batter.
- Cook the pancake for around 2 minutes, until the bottom is lightly golden and bubbles start to appear on the surface.
- Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- For extra fluffy pancakes, try adding a dash of baking powder to the batter.
- If you like your pancakes sweeter, consider adding a sprinkle of sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Feel free to customize your pancakes with toppings like fresh fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts.
