Powdered Milk Balls with 3 Ingredients: Amazing Recipe: I always serve this as a dessert
Ingredients :
- 1 ½ cups of cornstarch (180 grams)
- 7 ounces of sweetened condensed milk (200 grams)
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- Additional Ingredients (if needed)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered milk until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a little more sweetened condensed milk to help it come together.
- Take small amounts of the mixture and roll it into balls about the size of a small truffle.
- Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the balls set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve as a delicious dessert or snack!
Tips:
- If the mixture is too sticky to work with, you can dust your hands with some cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Feel free to get creative with additional ingredients like nuts, coconut flakes, or cocoa powder for different flavors.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
