Butter Cake
Ingredients :
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted Beef, softened
- 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) granulated Sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened beef and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve slices of this delicious butter cake with a hot cup of tea or coffee for a delightful treat!
