Ingredients for 8 People:
1 liter of cold whole liquid cream
60 g of Nutella
20 g sweetened condensed milk
10 Kinder Bueno
200 g of dark chocolate to melt
100 g of white chocolate to melt

How to prepare the Kinder Bueno Christmas Log
In the bowl of your Thermomix, pour 800 g of cream into the bowl of the Thermomix. Insert the whisk. Then put the bowl with the cream and the whisk in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After this time, whisk for 1 minute and 30 seconds at speed 3, placing the cooking basket in place of the measuring cup on the bowl lid to avoid splashing.
Check the texture of your whipped cream, it must be well whipped. Be careful not to over-whip, otherwise your cream will turn into butter.
Then add the Nutella and the sweetened condensed milk, then mix for 10 seconds at speed 3, until you obtain a nice smooth and homogeneous foam.
Pour half of this mousse into a special log mold or, failing that, into a rectangular cake mold covered with cling film.
Place two Kinder Bueno in the center of the mousse, then cover them with the rest of the mousse and fill the entire mold.
Smooth with a spatula and line the top of the mold with the remaining Kinder Bueno.
Press the round part of the chocolate bars into the mousse. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate cut into pieces in the Thermomix bowl for 5 minutes at 55°C at speed 1.
At the same time, bring the remaining cream to the boil in a small saucepan. Then pour it into the Thermomix bowl, over the melted chocolate.
Mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.
Unmold the frozen log and place it on a rack, over a gratin dish.
Quickly pour the chocolate icing onto the log to coat it completely.
Quickly put it back in the freezer.
Melt the white chocolate in the cleaned Thermomix bowl. Then, streak the top of the log with the white chocolate poured in a drizzle.
Leave in the freezer until ready to enjoy
