Strawberry cake without cooking: the recipe for a cold dessert to be enjoyed in company

With the arrival of the heat, what is needed is a fresh dessert, to be enjoyed to better withstand the high temperatures: the no-bake strawberry cake is easy to prepare and very good. To prepare it you need to create a base with crushed biscuits, chopped strawberries, icing sugar and strawberry yoghurt , let it cool in the fridge, whip and add the cream and let it cool again. Before serving, decorate with whole fresh strawberries .

ingredients

Strawberry yogurt
360 ml
Crushed cookies
340 g
Chopped strawberries
320 g

Whipping cream
220 ml
Powdered sugar
60 g
Fresh strawberries
q.b.

How to make no-bake strawberry cake

Crush the biscuits and put them in a bowl. Add and mix the chopped strawberries, powdered sugar and strawberry yogurt.

Pour the mixture into a circular mold (20cm in diameter) and press it down with a spoon to compact the base. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

Whip the cream and add it to the cooled base. Distribute and level it well.

Put the cake back in the fridge for 1 hour.

Decorate it with fresh strawberry slices.

Advice
If you want, you can add chocolate drops to both the cream and the decoration.

storage
Store leftover cake in the fridge: it will stay soft and tasty for 3-4 days.
