Ammuddicati peppers: the recipe for the tasty Sicilian dish

Ingredients:

Olive oil to taste

Chili pepper (optional)
4/5 peppers
Salt to taste.
2/3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Preparation:

  1. Clean the peppers, removing the internal seeds, then cut into strips.
  2. In a pan, fry oil, crushed garlic and a little chilli if you prefer.
  3. Then add the peppers, add salt and let them sweat.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and cook everything together for 1 minute.
