Pepper rolls: the original and really tasty side dish
Ingredients :
4 peppers
200 g of robiola
a clove of garlic
oil to taste
Salt to taste.
pepper as needed.
basil to taste
Preparation:
Arrange the peppers on the tray and bake at 200° for 40 minutes.
Put the peppers in a bag and let them cool.
Then remove the peel and cut them.
Season with oil, salt and garlic, then leave them in the fridge.
Mix the robiola with salt, pepper and basil.
Stuff the peppers and roll them up.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
