Potato and Chicken Casserole: the Creamy and Gourmet Meal
The potato and chicken casserole is a hearty and comforting dish, perfect for meals with family or friends. Potatoes and chicken are cut into small pieces and cooked with vegetables, herbs and cheese, creating a savory casserole rich in flavor.
Ingredients :
Potatoes 800g
Chicken breast 2
Onion 1
Garlic 3
Rosemary
Butter 100g
Flour 2 tablespoons
Milk 500ml
Salt pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation :
Boil and cut the potatoes.
Cut the chicken breast, onion and garlic. Mix everything in a bowl and also add the rosemary.
In a saucepan meat the butter and mix with the flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour over the potatoes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 1 hour.
