Crispy cauliflower from the oven

Ingredients :

yesterday nutmeg
to taste salt
1 head cauliflower

For the dough:
50 g wheat flour
some sweet paprika powder
2 eggs
40 g butter
2 cloves of garlic
some nutmeg,
some grated salt

preparation :

That is how it goes:

  1. First, rinse the cauliflower thoroughly and carefully divide into florets. Cook overnight in water with salt and nutmeg until al dente, remove with a slotted spoon and allow to steam.
  2. Now mix the eggs with the butter until fluffy.
    Clean the garlic clove, dice finely and crush with the tip of a knife and add. Then add the salt, paprika, nutmeg and flour and stir to form a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the slightly cooled florets in the dough until everything is evenly distributed on the florets. Arrange side by side on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Finally, place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven preheated to 190 °C/U. Bake for about 20 minutes until the florets are lightly browned.
