The perfect sweet side dish for picnics, parties and potlucks. Red and green grapes are covered in a creamy rich cream cheese dressing with brown sugar and walnuts on top for added sweetness and crunch.
INGREDIENTS :
1 package cream cheese (8oz/250g) softened
1 cup sour cream
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 lb green grapes chilled
2 lb red grapes chilled
⅓ cup walnuts chopped
¼ cup brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix together with a mixer until smooth and well incorporated (about 1 to 2 minutes).
2.Wash the grapes and remove any extra stems. Add to a large bowl and pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Gently stir with a rubber spatula to coat the grapes.
3.When ready to serve, sprinkle walnuts and brown sugar on top.
