Cilantro Lime Shrimp & Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS :

1 lb. precooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1-2 avocados, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
3 limes, juiced
Salt & pepper, to taste.

METHOD:

  1. Add your chopped shrimp, tomatoes, avocado, onion & cilantro to a bowl & season with salt & pepper. Add your lime juice & toss to coat.
  2. Place your salad in the fridge to chill until you’re ready to eat! (If meal prepping, keep the avocado separate until you’re ready to eat).
