Quark cake without bottom, preparation 2 minutes!
Ingredients :
180 g sugar
½ pack of baking powder
2 packs of vanilla sugar
800 g of quark
5 eggs
120 g of flour
220 g of margarine
a little lemon juice
2 cans of tangerines
preparation :
- Simply mix all the ingredients together and put them in a springform pan. Add the tangerine pieces to the batter.
- Bake the cake at 170° CO/U for approx. 1 hour. After baking, let the cake cool down in the oven so that it does not collapse.

- If you want to enjoy this cake with fruit, you can add tangerine pieces or cherries to the batter.
