Moist brioches

Moist brioches: soft and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS :

300 ml (1 1/5 cups) milk
2 eggs
100 g (½ cup) sugar
20 g (2 tablespoons) fresh yeast
100 ml (2/5 cup) vegetable oil
750 g (6 cups) flour
Salt
50 g (1/5 cup) melted butter
sesame seeds
powdered sugar

METHOD :

Pour milk, oil, egg, egg white, baking powder and sugar into mixing bowl. Mix well. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead dough. Oil the dough and leave to rest for 3 hours.
Roll out the dough and coat with melted butter. Roll out the dough into a ball and cut with a pastry cutter.
Place the buns in an ovenproof dish and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
