Soft Bread: How to Make the Softest Brioche Ever!

Soft bread: how to make the softest bun ever! You only need a few ingredients to make the fluffiest bun ever!

Ingredients :

200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) warm water
7 g (2 tsp.) dry yeast
350 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
45 g (3 tablespoons) butter

Preparation :

Whisk the warm water with the sugar and dry yeast. Set aside to allow the yeast to activate.
Mix the flour with the salt and pour the yeast solution in.
Work the dough with your hands until it is smooth, then add the butter and knead for 10 minutes.
Set the dough ball aside for 2 hours. Cut the dough into 6 pieces, roll each one out and roll again into a log.
Place the logs in the cake pan and let rest for 1 hour or until doubled.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
