Chocolate cookie: the delicious and simple recipe
Ingredients:
130 g sugar
2 eggs
70 g olive oil
170 g flour
40 g cocoa powder
3 g baking soda
3 g baking powder
130 ml warm water
Icing:
50 ml milk
30 g butter
80 g chocolate
Directions :
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil.
Sift and add the flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Once baked, level the cake and save the excess.
Icing: melt the butter in the milk and add the chocolate.
Decorate the cake and serve.
