Ingredients :
1 kg of apples
1 cup of flour
1 glass of milk
1 glass of sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Peach jam (or other flavor)
Preparation :
Preheat oven to 180°C before preparation.
Peel all the apples except one for the decoration. Dice them and blend them.
Beat in a large bowl the glass of milk, the glass of sifted flour, the glass of sugar, the 2 eggs, the butter and the cinnamon
Grease a baking dish and add a little flour to prevent the mixture from sticking. Roll out the dough.
Cut the leftover apples for decoration into half-moons and decorate the top of the pie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
