Yogurt crumble: the tasty and easy dessert to try now
Ingredients:
200 g flour
7 g baking powder
50 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
150 g butter
Lemon peel
3 yolks
400 g Greek yogurt
30 g cornstarch
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
100 g powdered sugar
100 g of currants
Directions:
Crumbles: in a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then add the grated butter, lemon zest and yolks. Mix well and make a homogeneous dough. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Topping: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the cornstarch, set aside. In another bowl, whisk egg whites with lemon juice and salt. Add to yogurt and mix well.
Spread 3/4 of the dough in a mould, add the cream, the currants (mix them with powdered sugar first) and finally cover with grated dough.
Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
