Carrot Buns: the easy, fluffy meal
Ingredients :
250g + 62g flour, separated
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
3/4 teaspoon of salt
250 ml warm milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons soft butter/margarine
1 cup of grated carrots
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Herbs
Directions :
In a bowl mix 250 gr of flour, yeast, sugar and brine. Add the milk, the egg and mix well. Finally add the butter and cover.
Mix the carrot and the parsley with the flour and add the dough. Leave it for 90 minutes.
Separate the dough in the moulds and the filling with the cottage cheese, the herbs and the yolk. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes
