Ingredients for 8 large cookies:
2 eggs
100g sugar
For the chocolate, we will add it 3 times during the recipe: *230g of chocolate for the first step
30g of chocolate for the second step
15g of chocolate for the last step
30g of butter
35g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Start by melting the 230g of chocolate and the butter in a double boiler.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar for 13 minutes (Michel et Augustin’s recommendations!!!): you can do it with a mixer or a food processor (more convenient to be able to take care of the chocolate at the same time!).
–> The goal is to obtain a very white and creamy mixture (this is the secret for a slightly meringue cookie).
Then add the flour and yeast.
Mix gently.
Add a pinch of salt, then the melted chocolate (from the first step of the recipe) and the 30g of crushed chocolate chips (from the second step in the ingredients)
Just form your cookies on a plate and sprinkle with chocolate chips (the remaining 15g = third step in the ingredients).
we bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees … and we enjoy!
