Zucchini clouds: the delicious and easy to prepare recipe
Ingredients :
2 zucchini
3 eggs
200 ml of milk
40 ml olive oil
200 gr of flour 00
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan
half a sachet of instant yeast for savoury pies
Directions :
Slice the zucchini into rounds and set them aside.
Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk them together.
Mix the yolks with the milk, oil, flour, parmesan and yeast.
Finally add the egg whites and the zucchini. Fry the clouds in hot oil and serve them.
