Creamy coconut cake

Cake ingredients :

150 g cream cheese
1 and 1/4 cups margarine
3 cups of sugar
3/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup of coconut milk
6 eggs
3 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon cooking dust
Margarine and wheat flour to grease

Syrup :

1 can condensed milk
100 g of coconut flakes

How to prepare :

Peel all the cake ingredients in the blender except the yeast until it is smooth. Put it in a bowl and mix the yeast with a spoon.

Grease and pop a 24 cm diameter hole mold in the middle and pour the mass. Take it to the preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until it grows and browns.

Still warm. Mix the syrup ingredients and cover the entire cake. Let it cool completely and serve.
