dessert in 5 minutes ! No oven, no gelatin and no flour Do you want a dessert but you don’t have much time to prepare it? Here is the recipe for the “dessert in 5 minutes”.
It is a cake that is prepared without going through the oven and that requires very little time in addition to a few simple ingredients , which we all always have at home.
Ingredients :
250 g biscuits
120 g melted butter
400 g cream cheese
50 g caster sugar
300 g white chocolate
450 g 33% cream
Method :
First, break 250 g of dry biscuits in the glass of the blender, chop them until you obtain a powder.
Then pour them into a bowl and add 120 g of melted butter and mix with a spoon to mix everything well.
Once this is done, take the mixture that has just been obtained and pour it into an 18 cm diameter mold greased and lined with parchment paper and level with a spoon.
Now put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest .
Meanwhile, take a bowl and pour 400 grams of cream cheese into it and mix it with the double electric whisk.
Then add 50 g of icing sugar and 150 g of melted white chocolate. Mix everything with the double electric whisk.
In another bowl, mix 300 g of 33% cream with an electric whisk then, once whipped, add it to the previously prepared mixture and mix gently with a spatula.
Everything must be well mixed.
Take the mold with the dough out of the fridge, add the mixture you just made, spread it well, level it and put it back in the fridge for 3 hours.
At this stage, put the 150 g of white chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
In another bowl, put 150 g of 33% cream. Then add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix, mixing well with a spoon.
Next, take the mold with the cake out of the refrigerator, unzip the mold and remove the parchment paper from the edge.
Now pour the chocolate cream over it, distributing it well and letting it fall from the edges.
Decorate with some crumbled cookies on top and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
