Beignet Potato Balls: Small, Tasty and Perfect!
A delicious and crunchy dish, consisting of potato dumplings coated in donut batter and fried until golden and crispy. They are often served with a sauce for a decadent meal or snack.
Ingredients :
1 kg boiled potatoes
5 tablespoons cornstarch
80g chopped cooked ham
1 chopped carrot
3 tablespoons green onion
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation :
In a bowl, combine the boiled potatoes with the cornstarch, carrot, green onion, ham and salt.
Make small balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
