Tunisian-style tuna bricks

Ingredients :

Brick sheets
canned tuna
Eggs
Potatoes
A little finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Frying oil
A few capers

Preparation :

Boil the potatoes.
Place the tuna in a salad bowl, add the parsley, capers, salt and pepper. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them and add them to the preparation you have just made.
Take your brick sheets and make triangles.
Place your preparation in the center of half a sheet and add a portion of tuna.
Close the triangle, making sure to seal the edges well.
Repeat this operation with your other triangles.
Finally, cook your triangles in the oil.
Halfway through cooking, flip the bricks. They should be golden brown.
