Ingredients and preparation :
Steam the cauliflower, add salt when cooked.
Make a small red sauce with chicken and fresh tomatoes, crumble the chicken separately after cooking.
Cut an onion into rings.
Butter a mould.
Put the onion rings on the bottom.
Place the cabbage flowers and then the chicken pieces.
Spice according to your taste, here I put Turkish spices, paprika flakes, pepper, cover with tomato sauce and melted cheese.
In a bowl mix 2 to 3 eggs with a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of cream, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, mix everything together and cover the cauliflower.
Grate red cheese or Emmental cheese.
Put the gratin in a medium oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
