MEAT ROLL WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE
Ingredients : Extra virgin olive
oil 1 garlic clove 400g mushrooms Salt Pepper Parsley 300g beef 100g speck Smoked cheese Vegetable soup
Preparation :
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a saucepan and add the garlic clove. Add the previously cleaned and washed mushrooms. Add salt and parsley and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. When the mushrooms are ready, remove the garlic.
- Arrange the beef slices on a cutting board, top with slices of speck and smoked cheese, then roll up. Toss the rolls in flour to coat them.
- Transfer the rolls to the pan with the mushrooms and when they begin to brown, pour in the vegetable broth. Cook for a few minutes, turning the rolls often for even cooking.
- When finished, remove the rolls from the pan and pour in the sauce and serve
